To express our commitment to the next generation of innovators, Hot & Cool has partnered with LA based non-profit MISLA-Made In South LA, which trains historically underserved youth for high level careers in tech, digital media, and business development.

These talented South Central youth are trained and mentored by the best in the tech, media, and design industry. We have hired their youth led design and creative agency MARTY (Making A Reality That’s Yours), to help take our business endeavors to the next level!
